WTF! Really!!!

So i have a bill for last semester at school. so I go to pay online and i check to pay by debit/credit card and these MoFos dont take Visa!!!! WTF really who doesnt take Visa. What kind of crap is this…grr im pissed now cuz i still cant register for my classes for next semester and im gonna be even more pissed if i cant get all the classes i need.
